Bumper is constructed of 3/8" and 1/4" steel plate.  Standard features include 2) "D" Ring Loops & receiver hitch.

Swing out tire carrier is comprised of 2"x3" & 2"x2" box tubing and pivots on a greasable 1-1/4" cold rolled steel pin.  The tire mount plate is double drilled for both 6 bolt & 8 bolt wheels and comes with 3) 1/2" wheel studs to be positioned by the purchaser for their particular bolt pattern.  Both bolt patterns feature 4 holes with the fourth hole being for the use of a Tri-Max lock to secure the wheel to the carrier if one desires.  Included standard is a Hi-Lift brand Jack mount made for the 48" or 60" jacks.

The tire carrier is easily removed by simply removing the snap ring on the pivot pin and lifting the tire carrier off the bumper.  A cover plate and allen cap screw is available to cover the remaining hole if desired.

The bumper mounting plates retain the tailgate torsion spring pins.  It is also reinforced at the carrier pivot to allow the use of up to 37" tires with minimal corner deflection either when open or on the trail.  All bumpers are shipped raw but powder coating is an option.
